I booked my move with Legacy moving & Storage after comparing prices and service of several different companies I went with Legacy, not because they were the cheapest company that I was offered quotes from. I decided with them because of the quality of work and professionalism. I made the mistake one time jumping on a cheap price(what's the difference right, wrong!) The last time my most prized possessions arrived destroyed. I guess its true what they you get what you pay for. Legacy came with a crew of three pros. The lead guy Danny was the most amazing knowledgeable mover I have ever encountered. He explained the process and the science behind stacking the truck. I received my items yesterday and they put everything back together and everything was in perfect condition. They are the best and I do recommend these guys for your move!!

8 years of my life working for everything I own and this company broke more 90% my furniture! Lost more than $20,000. This company doesn't take responsibility for destroying my property. They hired another company who claim they got in an accident on the way to Florida. When I saw my furniture the drivers were very unprofessional. They wore sandals and were smoking hookah. I was forced to sign a paper before they opened the truck and told me some of my things, like my entire glass table, had not arrived because they were completely broken. After I signed this form they opened the truck, I opened all my packed boxes to reveal all my furniture was water damaged and broken into pieces. So I am left here with no furniture in Florida since this company does not want to reimburse any of my furniture.

My family and I were pleased that we booked with Legacy. They were very thorough with the inventory from the minute I requested until the day before the move.

We got the full package deal which was the best decision ever. Though we paid a little extra it was less stressful for our family of 5.

They disassembled all the furnitures, padded it and covered it, when they arrived at our new home they reassembled it and placed everything in the rooms it belonged to. We were extremely pleased by their pace.

The transition from New Jersey to Colorado was stressful enough especially during the pandemic.

I searched for different quotes to transport my vehicle and my 1 bedroom belongings. Thankfully Legacy Moving and Storage up-eased my mind from the minute I spoke to the sales representative until my belongings arrived. It arrived in 2 weeks and unscathed. Everything came to me in the manner I packed it. They even contacted me at the end to ensure I had received the quality service I expected.

My husband and I are retired and it is a big change for us. We lived in a 3 bedroom house here in NJ and moving to Tampa, Florida.

Legacy helped us from the minute they called us the day before the move by informing us what time they will be at our location. They also informed us that they can help crate our TV, mirrored table top, mirrors, and furnitures. They also informed us that if there are unboxed items or small items they provided boxes and other materials.

As thorough as we were with our needs for that day, they were also thorough with us and honest that there are possible changes from the binding estimate.

Our estimate with the broker that booked us and gave the to Legacy that is a carrier had significantly changed but we were happy overall. The guys that came to do the move were very detailed and made us understand every extra charges.

I would use you again.

I booked Legacy Moving with a Five Star Moving, a broker. The entire drop off let me know that Thomas from Five Star will say anything to secure a sale. My items were picked up on August 29, 2020 and I was informed I would receive them August 30th or 31st, and that a bed in the drop off location could be dismantled and removed by the movers. Neither of these occurred. Following the pick up on August 29th,  I attempted to obtain information from Legacy about when my items would be dropped off. Legacy Moving employee, John, stated “Not to sound like an asshole but deliveries aren’t our priority since we have 21 days to make them.” I was shocked. I would not have booked the movers had I been informed it could take up to 21 days to receive my items. My items were eventually delivered to the drop off location on September 2nd at 9:30PM. The movers were at my home until 1:00AM. From the very beginning of the drop off they complained and were extremely rude to me and my father. They were upset because it was late and several items had to be removed from the truck. When asked about removing the bed already at the drop of location, they responded with “We don’t do that stuff.” and “If you take care of my guys, they’ll probably do it.” The latter was a statement from Scott who mentioned several times that in order for things to get done, I need to tip his team. My father had to dismantle the bed and help the movers remove it from my home. To make matters worse, several of my items were damaged. I submitted a claim the week following the drop, it was approved by a third party company October 28, 2020, I did not receive a check for said damages until January 2021. They were supposed to send within 45 days of approval. I would give them zero stars if I could.
